Raise awareness and profile of project

THE TASK

Understanding the RBR project and what our client wanted to accomplish took centre stage before any work commenced. Researching the project and the company was vital to gaining an insight into what the project entailed and wanted to communicate to the reader and stakeholders. With this in mind, we dived into the details of RBR and looked at other publications within its genre. A plan was in sight, but first we needed to set targets, device engagement and coordinate with the copywriter before proceeding to development.

THE STRATGEY

Researching the project and the company took centre stage before any work commenced.  It was vital to understand what the project entailed and wanted to communicate to the reader and stakeholders. With this in mind, we dived into the details of RBR and looked at other publications within its genre.  A plan was in sight, but first we needed to set targets, device engagement and coordinate with the copywriter before proceeding to development.

THE WORK

We planned out our element and brainstormed ideas before producing rough sketches in the form of layout and moodboards. Since this company is known for publications, we had some house guidelines to work with, yet we wanted to produce something which set it apart. We soon enough produced layouts in a drafted copy while graphics were produced and perfected. Perfection required revisions and reworking ideas until all of our obstacles were overcome. Our turnaround time was quick due to our clients efficiency and effective planning.

THE RESULT

The final result consisted of a brochure delivered in both digital and printed form. Presentation assets and graphics were produced for a live presentation, transforming our client idea into a working document for their stakeholder engagement. The publication had a huge impact on the RBR project, allowing our client to go beyond their initial goals, advancing the project further.

THE OUTCOME

Not only was our client pleased with the finished product, it was very effective in their presentation and subsequent publication. It reached its audience and grew awareness by 40%. In addition to increased awareness RBR was expanded for further investigation which currently runs to date. For us the RBR project brought valuable insight into delivering an effective product across multimedia distribution channels for high end clients with high expectations.
